Return and Refund Policy
At Artistic Haul, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted in accordance with the policy outlined below.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition as received, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached where applicable.
Due to the nature of pre-owned and one-of-a-kind items, returns are accepted only if the item is returned in its original condition. Any signs of wear, alteration, damage, or removal of tags may result in the return being refused or a partial refund being issued.
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details. Once your return request is approved, instructions will be provided. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.
Items marked as final sale or clearly stated as non-returnable are not eligible for return or refund.
