Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed or dispatched.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details. Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our Return and Refund Policy instead.

Artistic Haul reserves the right to cancel an order in cases of pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, payment issues, or suspected misuse of the platform. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds for approved cancellations are processed promptly, though the time taken for funds to appear may vary depending on your payment provider.
